Why just STRIP it, when you can RIP it!
We are a family owned, design build steel fabrication company located in South Mississippi. Our compnay was founded by Curtis W. Paige, almost 20 years ago. That is our business, however farming, now thats our passion.
About a year ago Curtis combined business with passion, that became the RIPTILL. He took the concept of the in-line ripper and combined it with the current strip till technology to produce an implement that works better than anything else on the market. We have a more aggressive shank that breaks through the hard pan, up to 18 inches deep. (This can be adjusted to be more shallow if desired)
The non-floating coulters produce a superb 14 in. wide by 4" high berm that is conditioned by our specially designed and fabricated rolling basket. This process leaves a high quality seed bed with loosened dirt underneath to allow roots to penetrate deep, all in one single pass. You are not left with 2 inch strips in your field. Instead you have actual rows of beautiful seedbeds with horizontal and vertical shatter thus giving your roots the best chance of surviving whatever conditions nature deals out.
